Staff Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Staff Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rx32staff portal and administrative systems. By accessing the staff portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all employees, contractors, pharmacists, and third-party partners who have been granted access to our administrative systems.

2. Access and Authorisation

Access to the staff portal is granted on a role-based basis. You must:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with any other person
• Immediately report any suspected security breach
• Only access data necessary for your role
• Log out when leaving your workstation unattended

3. Data Protection Responsibilities

You will have access to sensitive personal and medical data. You must:

• Process data only for legitimate business purposes
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
• Comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws
• Not export, copy, or transfer data without authorisation
• Report any data breaches immediately to the Data Protection Officer

4. Professional Conduct

All staff members are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct:

• Act with integrity and honesty in all dealings
• Treat patients and colleagues with respect and dignity
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Report any concerns through appropriate channels

5. Intellectual Property

All systems, processes, documentation, and materials accessed through the staff portal are the intellectual property of Rx32 Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials outside the scope of your authorised duties.

6. Termination of Access

Access may be terminated at any time upon conclusion of your engagement with Rx32, or immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all access and return or destroy any company materials in your possession.
