1. About Us

Rx32 is a trading name of More On Top Ltd (company number 16995843), registered in England and Wales. We are a specialist hair loss service established in 2015. We manage medical questionnaires, treatment plans, custom formulations, and delivery, working with GPhC-registered pharmacist partners who review, prescribe and dispense all medications. We are not a pharmacy; all clinical decisions and dispensing are made by our pharmacy partners.

2. Eligibility

3. Our Services

We provide a platform for creating custom formulation requests, which are reviewed by GPhC-registered pharmacists. If appropriate, a prescription is issued and the medication is compounded and delivered. We do not guarantee that any prescription will be issued - this is at the sole discretion of the pharmacist.

4. Medical Information

You must provide accurate and complete medical information when completing your medical questionnaire. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and may be illegal. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe information provided is inaccurate.

5. Prescriptions

All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our partner pharmacists. We cannot guarantee that any order will be approved. If your prescription is declined, you will receive a full refund. Prescriptions are only valid for the person named and must not be shared.

6. Pricing and Payment

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after prescription approval. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery times. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or providing a safe place.

8. Returns and Refunds

Prescription and custom-compounded medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once dispensed. This is required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28 exemptions for personalised and sealed medicinal goods), the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, and GPhC Standards for Registered Pharmacies, all of which prohibit re-supply of dispensed prescription medicines. Refunds for prescription orders are only available where the prescription is declined before dispatch, the product is damaged in transit, faulty, or supplied in error. Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; return postage and the risk of the item in transit are your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of More On Top Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More On Top Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
